How to use the bowl

Clean surface to prepare for bowl application

Apply bowl to surface by pressing down on the bowl including centre, check suction.

To remove bowl simply lift the edge of the suction base on the easy lift tab.

Your bowl and spoon are safe to clean in warm/hot soapy water or on the top shelf of the dishwasher.

My Little Giggles is a Melbourne based business which started up in 2015.

You will find a range of boutique style teething toys and silicone feeding accessories which have all been safety tested and certified.

Standard Post

The standard delivery charge for all orders within Australia is $10 standard and $15 for express regardless of size and weight.

Outlet shop for Kids uses Australia Post for all deliveries.

Once your order has been processed and despatched, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched and your tracking
number and details (if applicable).

Delivery times within Australia for standard post is 1 to 12 days depending on your delivery
area and when your order is despatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be despatched, although on most
occasions, orders are despatched within 1-2 business days.
  
All orders over $150.00 are delivered free. If your order subtotal excluding postage is $150 or more, your postage costs at checkout will be free. No discount code is needed.

Priority Express Post

Priority Express post orders are posted within 1 business day of the order and payment being received.

Once your order has been processed and despatched, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched and your
tracking number and details.

The charge is $13 regardless of size and weight and delivery times for this option from when the order is placed to delivery is 1-3 business days. Express post is next business day delivery, provided you are located within the ‘Australia Post Network’.  Locations can be found on the Australia Post website – www.australiapost.com.au. If you are not located within the network, delivery is normally 2 business days. 

International delivery

Outlet Shop for Kids welcomes international orders and will post to all countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped using Australia Post. The 2 international shipping options are standard international post with signature on delivery and express courier.
Please select preferred shipping option at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the order and shipping costs will be shown with shipping options during checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges for Change Of Mind

We understand that it can be difficult purchasing items over the internet and your satisfaction is what matters to us most, therefore if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will
gladly offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition with original
packaging, unused, unworn with all hang tags attached for the refund or exchange to be honoured. The goods must be received by us within 30 days
of the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a
product exchange that does not meet these requirements.

To organise your refund or exchange, please email us at returns@outletshopforkids.com.au letting us know what it is you would like to have refunded or exchanged. We will email you with return post details.

Please note, postage costs incurred to return items to us are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged / Faulty Items / Lost Items

All our items are quality checked prior to being posted to you to
ensure 100% quality. However in the rare event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, we will gladly exchange your item or offer you a
full refund on your purchase including postage costs. All faults need to be reported to us within 3 days.

Where you have chosen to exchange your faulty item, all postage costs will be paid by Outlet Shop for Kids. Please contact us at returns@outletshopforkids.com.au and we will advise you on the steps you need to take to receive your refund or exchange your product.

If you have received your order and there is an item/s missing, you must contact us within 2 days to advise us of this.

In the rare event that your goods are damaged or lost during
transit/delivery, Outlet Shop for Kids takes no responsibility for this, and therefore we will not replace or refund you for these items. By ordering from this web-site, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Order cancellations

A cancellation fee of $20 applies to orders which need to be
cancelled prior to despatch. This fee covers administration,
processing and merchant fees which we incur.
